The slab-flattening machine has arrived!

Pricing depends upon how much milling is required. We must examine your dry slabs before we can agree to do any work on them.

Millwork we offer today:

Sander - $45 for 10 minutes, then $3 per minute after that., 36” maximum width, 24” minimum length!

Chain Feed Rip Saw - $5 then .25 one edge, .50 for two edges - 24” length minimum

Radial Arm Saw - $5 then .75 per cut

Mitre Cuts - $20, then $1 per cut

Table Saw - $10, then depends on the job

Dado - $20, then $0.75 per lineal foot, stop dados add more time.

Planer - $5 minimum, our material, minimum $30 your material

then add $0.60 to 3/4", $1.50 for maple, birch, beech or hickory

then add $0.70 to 1/2", $1.65 for maple, birch, beech or hickory

then add $0.80 to 3/8", $1.80 for maple, birch, beech or hickory

then add $0.90 to 1/4", $2 for maple, birch, beech or hickory

then add $1 to 1/8", $2.25 for maple, birch, beech or hickory

 

Router - $25, then $0.75 cents per foot

Drill Press - minimum $10, then $1 per hole

Plywood Saw - $5 minimum, then $2 per cut

Resaw - $35 minimum, then $10 per slice

W&H Moulder - $75 set up, plus $1 per foot, plus knife if needed

Band Saw - $10 minimum, circles to 24" - $30, circles to 36" - $40, cirlces to 48"-$45.

Planed taper - $45 plus material.

Glue Ups - priced by labor only, must add S4S material.

Butcher block cuts  - $20 per cut.

Drop-in Sink cutouts - $75, no undermount, no miter.

 

Wood-Mizer your log  - $200 for one hour, $120 per hour after your first hour.

Slab-Flattener - $150 + depends on how much work is needed.

WE WILL NOT DO MILLWORK ON PIECES WE CANNOT REPLACE OR THAT WILL TEAR UP OUR EQUIPMENT.

THIS RESTRICTION INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

OLD BARN WOOD, CHEMICALLY TREATED / PAINTED / STAINED BOARDS, PALLET WOOD, WOOD THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE INTO SOMETHING, “DRY” WOOD FROM SOME OTHER STORE, WET/NOT KILN-DRIED SLABS, ETC!
